iFrequencies is a sonic identity, music direction and talent curation consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law (including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the EU/UK GDPR where it applies, and similar regulations), iFrequencies is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website and in the course of our engagements.

We only collect information that is necessary to operate our website, respond to inquiries, deliver our services and comply with our legal obligations. This includes:

• Cookies and similar technologies — our website currently uses only strictly necessary, first-party storage required for the site to function correctly (e.g. remembering your preferences during a session). We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site identifiers. See section 7 below.

We intentionally take a minimal approach to tracking. As of the date of this policy, ifrequencies.com does not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling or third-party tracking technologies. The only client-side storage we rely on is strictly necessary for the website to operate (for example, remembering your preferences within a session). You can clear or block this storage in your browser at any time without losing access to the site.

If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this Privacy Policy, clearly disclose the technologies used, and request your prior consent through a cookie banner before any such cookies are set.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls and least-privilege permissions — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
