ifrequencies.com is operated by iFrequencies, a sonic identity, music direction and talent curation consultancy based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“iFrequencies”, “we”, “us”, “our”). References to “you” or “your” mean the visitor or user accessing the website.

Case studies, client logos, testimonials and project references displayed on this website are published with the relevant rights or under fair commercial-promotion practices. If you believe any content has been published in error or wish to request its removal, please contact us at info@ifrequencies.com.

5. Submissions & Inquiries

If you submit a project brief, message, demo, link or other content to us via the website or any other channel:

• you confirm that you have the right to share that content with us;
• you grant iFrequencies a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the information submitted for the purpose of responding to and evaluating your inquiry;
• we will treat the substance of your submission as commercially confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to respond to you.

Detailed confidentiality, IP-assignment and exclusivity terms applicable to paid engagements are set out in the separate engagement agreement.

The descriptions of services on this website are provided for general information only. They are not an offer or commitment to provide services on specific terms. Any engagement between you and iFrequencies will be subject to a separate written proposal and agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, intellectual-property treatment and other commercial terms.

You and iFrequencies agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual-property rights in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
